Where is my order?
Due to the current situation with Coronavirus postal delays may be experienced. Some areas due to staff shortages may see a delay of more than a week. I dispatch all orders same or next day but once items go into the postal system the time scale is out of my hands. Please allow extra time for your item to arrive

Love all of the charms I ordered 😊 Only one of the rainbow charms arrived when I thought it was a set of two, I messaged the seller who instantly replied to apologise as this was an uncommon error and has posted another rainbow heart charm to me the next day 😊 These things happen sometimes and she was very professional and kind, very great seller! Will be purchasing again 😊
